Mr. Riad Mahmud (Managing Director)

The Managing Director of Shoeniverse Footwear Ltd. Mr. Riad Mahmud obtained B.Sc. in Chemical Engineering degree from the University of Texas at Austin in 1994 and an MBA degree from the University of Melbourne, Australia in 1999. He is also the Managing Director of National Polymer Industries Ltd. Besides, Mr. Mahmud has been teaching in Masters-level courses at the School of Business and Economics at North South University, the most prestigious private university in Bangladesh. He is also the Honorary Consul of The Republic of Georgia. Mr. Mahmud introduced the GREEN concept in the footwear industry of Bangladesh. With his leadership, Shoeniverse Footwear Ltd. achieved the LEED (GOLD) certificate which makes it the first and till now the only factory in the footwear industry of Bangladesh to achieve such honor. He is a member of the standing committee of SEIP, which is a training unit of LFMEAB, the parent organization of the footwear industry of Bangladesh. He is a member of the Executive Committee of Bangladesh Plastics Goods Manufacturers and Exporters Association, and Korean Bangladesh Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and a member of the American Society of Chemical Engineers. He is also a General Body member of FBCCI. Recently Mr. Mahmud elected as the Vice President of Bangladesh Association of Publicly Listed Companies (BAPLC) for 2020-2021.

Mrs Aditi Sonia Mansur (Director)

Mrs Aditi Sonia Mansur obtained MBA from the University of Melbourne, Australia, She is the Director of Shoeniverse Footwear Ltd. She is also the Chairman of National Fittings and Accessories Ltd., Npoly Construction Ltd. and Diamond Stream Holdings Ltd. Besides, Mrs. Mahmud has been teaching the under graduate level course on “Global Business Strategy and International Competitiveness” as a senior lecturer at the North South University, the most prestigious private university in Bangladesh.
